  Karamihan sa mga tao ngayon ay nabigyan nang kalayaan nang mga magulang nila, ngunit sinasayang lang nila ito at ibinaliwala nila. Ang tao ay lagi nag hahanap sa kanilang kahulugan ng kalayaan pati ako ngayun ay hinahanap ko pa rin kung ano ang totoong kalayaan. Ang mga tao ngayon ay nagtrabaho nalang dahil gusto nila nagkapera ngunit hindi sila nakontento at nasaya sa ginagawa nila. Para sakin makontento kalang sa ginagawa mo kong gusto mong ginagawa mo.Nakikita ko noon na wala pang pandemya na may mga tao malungkot iyong mukha kapag nagtratrabaho parang ayaw nila ang kanilang ginagawa .   So.. I decided to do a painting for this since I didn't want to waste the paint lying around the house and painting can be a surprisingly fun pastime. The process of making this was simple, I only used four colors of poster paint to make this which was yellow, blue, Black and white and mixed the colors to make dark and light blue, I used two paintbrushes a big and small one and I also taped the sides cause I liked having a border to work with, I painted the night sky with the ocean just to be frank. I decided that the type of art this was is Expressionism, because I painted this to express the feeling you on the beach watching the beautiful night sky, the feeling of hearing the calm waves making a lullaby on a silent night as the stars and moon illuminate the sky. That is family.     Last January, the essence of family was celebrated in Asian College of Technology’s annual Family Day. I had enjoyed the performances, the games, of course, food. I had enjoyed until the extent of everything with my friends, teachers and my grandmother, who had always been special to me.      During the celebration, I had so much fun together with my grandmother. I kept asking her if she was having fun or was she bored. As much as possible, I tried to keep her entertained. But, still, there was that missing piece, it my mom. I understood she was at work and that thought just made me happy...

The Zimbabwe Connection                  It was said that the Great Zimbabwe Wall used to be a great civilization and a royal palace  but now it is nothing but ruins. It used to be an ancient civilization housing 18 thousand people. Now it is a world heritage site by UNESCO. In the past the Great Zimbabwe Wall was firm, strong and impenetrable. But now the walls has fallen and crumbled to pieces and all that is left are the remains of the past. Its similar to the walls of doubt and insecurity we have when we are young and as we grow older we mature and slowly break that wall apart until were old and only memories of your immature self remain.The poem mending walls talks about how a good neighbor know's his/her boundaries and know when they have went too far.It was said that the walls were used to separate the commoners from the peasants . We all know that money isn't something that stays in your wallet forever, one way or another you will have to be forced to buy something you need and mostly want. But this challenge that was given to us last November really challenged me, i had to be mindful of what i spend on a daily basis and maintaining the budget I was given. Basically we were challenged to save a certain amount of money each day for a month while listing our expenses each day and subtract it to our budget and whats left is what we save. The first week of the challenge was fine i could save a good amount each day, but after a few weeks i couldn't save anything at all because of lots of projects and lots of paying for events and stuff it even went as far as me overspending my budget. By the last two days I was able to save at least and after that the class was grouped together to spend our saving by buying gifts for the maintenance of our school.
